BJG Performance Headers: Porsche 911 992 GT3/GT3 RS - Stainless Steel

Bring greater definition to the 992 GT3's naturally aspirated flat-six with BJG stainless steel performance headers. A matched left and right assembly replaces the factory exhaust manifolds, carrying each bank's three exhaust pulses through individual runners into a merged outlet for a more focused, motorsport-inspired voice.

The formed stainless runners, welded collectors and removable outlet sections create a purposeful foundation for a complete GT3 or GT3 RS exhaust build. The freer-flowing path is designed to support engine breathing and a sharper, more vivid sound as revs rise, with final tone and performance shaped by the selected configuration, rear exhaust and calibration.

Choose Your Configuration

• Race: Maximum-flow configuration without catalytic converters, intended for dedicated competition use. A compatible ECU calibration is required.
• High-Flow Catted: Header set with high-flow catalytic converters for customers seeking a catted configuration. Catalytic converters do not by themselves establish road-use approval; confirm the requirements for your vehicle and location.

Fitment

Porsche 911 992-generation GT3 and GT3 RS with the naturally aspirated 4.0L flat-six. Confirm VIN, model year, sensor layout and compatibility with the rear exhaust before ordering. Compatibility with later revisions must be confirmed individually.

Installation & Tuning

Professional installation is recommended. The Race configuration requires a compatible ECU calibration; tuning is sold separately. For the High-Flow Catted configuration, confirm calibration and sensor requirements with your installer. Power gains depend on the full vehicle setup, fuel and calibration; no specific horsepower gain is guaranteed.

The Race configuration is not for use on public roads.
