BJG Custom Race Downpipes: Mercedes-AMG W212 E63 / C218 CLS63 - Stainless Steel

Give the M157 biturbo V8 a freer path out of the turbochargers with BJG Custom Stainless-Steel Race Downpipes. Built for W212 E63 and C218 CLS63 competition applications, this four-piece set combines sweeping stainless-steel pipework with heat-shielded upper sections and matching connecting pipes.

Sound & Performance

These downpipes replace the restrictive factory turbo-outlet sections, bringing a sharper turbo presence and a more forceful V8 note under load. The freer-flowing race layout is designed to reduce exhaust restriction after the turbines and support increased output with compatible ECU tuning. Final sound, response, and power depend on the calibration, fuel, vehicle condition, and remaining exhaust hardware.

Construction & Included Components

• Stainless-steel race downpipes with welded joints, sensor ports, and mounting brackets.
• Heat shielding on the upper downpipe sections is included in this set.
• Four-piece package: two long downpipe sections and two shorter connecting pipes.
• Exposed stainless connecting sections and BJG-branded shield details.

This is a turbo-side downpipe upgrade, not a complete catback exhaust. Rear mufflers, exhaust tips, valve controls, tuning, and installation are not included.

Fitment & Installation

For Mercedes-AMG W212 E63 and C218 CLS63 applications equipped with the M157 5.5L twin-turbo V8. Not for the naturally aspirated 6.2L E63 or the W213 4.0L platform. Confirm the exact model year, RWD or 4MATIC layout, and connection points with BJG before ordering; fitment across both drivetrains is not assumed.

Compatible ECU tuning is required. Professional installation and calibration by an experienced Mercedes-AMG specialist are recommended.
