The earlier Stage 1+ run recorded 511.1 RWHP and 472.1 lb-ft with an 80 mm pulley, PPE headers, PPE exhaust, 93-octane fuel and ice. That exhaust limited the setup: even testing a 75 mm pulley did not unlock more power.
Moving further required a full exhaust with the right flow. Switching to the full BJG exhaust was the key to getting past that restriction. This record shows the BJG500 development history; the basic package offered above retains the 85 mm pulley and needs no exhaust changes.

This development configuration uses a 70 mm pulley for more boost, full BJG exhaust, BJG 4-inch dual intake, 93-octane fuel and ice. It is a BJG600 option with add-ons, not a fourth package.

The chart retains its original Stage 2 label. Ask us which add-ons and configuration suit your car when quoting the BJG600.

Results describe complete configurations. The comparison chart retains a separate 613.2 RWHP / 510.8 lb-ft run; it is not mixed with the 612.6 run. Stage labels on the original charts document development; the current packages are BJG500, BJG600 and BJG700+.
Our earlier Stage 1+ development setup was limited by its PPE exhaust. Even a 75 mm pulley would not unlock more power with that exhaust in place. Moving to the full BJG exhaust was the key to getting past that restriction and picking up more than 100 RWHP in our development progression.
The earlier 80 mm run recorded 511.1 RWHP. The completed BJG600 configuration, with a 75 mm pulley, full BJG exhaust and BJG 4-inch dual intake, recorded 612.6 RWHP — a difference of 101.5 RWHP between the recorded configurations. Those figures describe the complete setups, rather than an exhaust-only before-and-after test.

Lexus's 2016 SEMA build shows the potential of a purpose-built 2UR-GSE. Its modified 5.6L engine produced 525 hp, with upgraded sleeves, pistons and connecting rods. Lexus said its power-handling capacity had more than doubled; Motor1 described that as 942+ hp potential.
That was projected capacity for a rebuilt engine, not a 942 hp dyno result or a rating for stock internals. For your LC500, we start with its condition, fuel and supporting hardware, then plan the package and verify the result on our dyno.
