A more commanding AMG voice starts at the turbo outlets. BJG Custom Stainless Steel Race Downpipes give the Mercedes-AMG W213 E63 a freer-flowing exhaust path, a sharper presence under load, and the foundation for a properly calibrated performance build. The sculpted stainless sections, visible welds, and discreet BJG branding deliver a purposeful finish worthy of the platform.
The race downpipe layout is designed to reduce restriction immediately downstream of the turbochargers, allowing a more pronounced V8 note and greater turbo character to come through. Paired with compatible ECU calibration, the improved exhaust path can support stronger response and increased power. Final sound and output depend on fuel, tuning, vehicle condition, and the remaining exhaust system. No BJG-specific dyno gain is claimed.
Choose Bare Stainless Steel for the standard set, or select With Heat Shielding to add the formed thermal shielding shown on the turbo-side sections. The heat-shielded version adds $400 to the set price. Both versions retain stainless-steel connecting sections; shielding is included only when that option is selected.
For the Mercedes-AMG W213 E63 with the 4.0-liter twin-turbo M177 V8. Confirm model year, market specification, sensor configuration, and exhaust connections before ordering. Fitment to other AMG models is not implied.
Compatible ECU tuning is required for this race downpipe setup. Have a qualified specialist confirm the calibration and any transmission or torque-management requirements for your specific vehicle. Professional installation is required.
For dedicated competition vehicles only where permitted by applicable law. Not for public-road use. No emissions certification or road approval is claimed, and tuning does not make the hardware emissions-compliant.
